Ideal for storing up to 40 pints of home brewed beer, lager or cider, this barrel is fitted with a Stainless Steel injector cap to enable you to create pressure inside the barrel to aid pouring and prevent air getting in to the barrel.
Comes with a new Stainless Steel S30 valve, and S30 injector with Steel insert for 8 gram gas cartridges.
All you need to do is add C02 cartidges and possibly a cartridge bulb holder to create the perfect set up
Under normal operation, drawing only a few pints a night, your properly conditioned brew should have enough CO 2 to serve all of your beer. If, however, you draw lots of pints in quick succession, you may need to add additional CO 2 via the injector system.
Therefore upgrading to 5 Gallon White Barrel with injector system would be the way to go.
The narrow neck makes cleaning slightly more difficult than a 4" neck would, but this is easily overcome with a long handled barrel brush.
