Refund policy

If you order from HomeBrewWest (homebrewwest.ie), then their policies will apply. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of your product you can get it refunded, refunds are only of the Purchased Item and not of delivery fees, or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, and we at homebrew.ie reserve the right to run a satisfactory check to ensure that all items are received in the same condition as they were delivered. 

We do not accept returns for goods/items that have been opened.
We can only credit the card/bank used to purchase the goods  when making any payments in accordance with the money laundering and anti fraud regulations, all refunds will be made as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days after cancellation.
