Packing 28 grams of high alcohol yeast, nutrients and vitamins, the new Bulldog High Alcohol Wine Yeast is the perfect choice for country wines. Ferment up to 17% ABV wine from fruits and juices (and sugar if required) in 5 to 7 days at 20 oC to 30 oC.
Makes 25 litres, start with a specific gravity of up to 1120.
