B34 German Lager Yeast Bulldog B34 German Lager yeast is a true bottom fermenting yeast. It creates a crispy finish with a good balance between floral and fruitiness in your German style Pils and other hoppy beers such as Kellerbier.
Dosage: 1 sachet (10g) for 20-25L (5.3 - 6.6 US Gallons) Fermenting temperature: 9-14°C (48-57°F). Ideally 12°C (54°F). Pitching: Sprinkle on top of wort. Attenuation: 75-80% Flocculation: High Certifications: Kosher, EAC Storage recommendation: Store cool. Available in: 10g sachets only.
