Ideal for storing up to 40 pints of home brewed beer, lager or cider, this barrel is fitted with a safety vent cap to allow the release of excess pressure created during secondary fermentation.
Under normal operation, drawing only a few pints a night, your properly conditioned brew should have enough CO 2 to serve all of your beer. If, however, you draw lots of pints in quick succession, you may need to add additional CO 2 via the injector system.
Therefore upgrading to 5 Gallon White Barrel with injector system would be the way to go.
The narrow neck makes cleaning slightly more difficult than a 4" neck would, but this is easily overcome with a long handled barrel brush.
