For optimum results, Coopers recommend brewing European Lager with 1kg of Coopers Brew Enhancer 3
If we are out of stock of Coopers Brew Enhancer 3, we would recommend using 1kg of an alternative Beer Kit Enhancer
A cheaper alternative is to use 1kg Sugar instead of Enhancer. Any white sugar can be used however we recommend brewing sugar
Carbonation drops for priming (sugar can be used instead)
