Suitable for Full-Bodied, Dessert and High Alcohol Wines.
Sufficient for 22.5 litres (5 gallons) / 30 Bottles.
Very tolerant to high levels of alcohol. Levels of up to 21% can be achieved with musts with high levels of nutrient. Gives a fast ferment, with little foam and settles well. Also excellent for full-bodied wines and dessert wines such as Sherry. Has a killer factor that may inhibit "wild" yeasts.
