For optimum results, Coopers recommend brewing Canadian Blonde with 1kg of Coopers Brew Enhancer 2
If we are out of stock of Coopers Brew Enhancer 2, we would recommend using 1kg of an alternative Beer Kit Enhancer
A cheaper alternative is to use 1kg Sugar instead of Enhancer. Any white sugar can be used however we recommend brewing sugar
